CADIZ, SPAIN
Sites here include an 18th-century cathedral, the Fine Arts Museum and the Congress Court of Spain. Most Travel Club guests choose an excursion to the historic city of Seville, visiting the largest Gothic cathedral in the world. The tour also visits the Alcazar fortress and gardens, the Golden Tower and the Barrio de Santa Cruz. This is the absolute best of gothic Spain.
CASABLANCA, MOROCCO
Arrive in the new continent of Africa. Casablanca is an interesting city, and its most popular attractions are the old medina, or Arab quarter, near the harbor and the United Nations Square with its tropical gardens and government buildings. The most popular excursion here, though, is a trip through the desert to the 11th-century city of Marrakesh. It’s famous for its palaces and gardens and a fascinating marketplace where snake charmers, jugglers, acrobats, fire-eaters and fortune-tellers crowd the streets.

FUNCHAL, MADEIRA
This city is the capital of the island of Madeira. Funchal, where rows of white houses climb the hillsides, is comprised of three distinct sections. The Old Zone, or Old Town, on the east side boasts historic architecture. The west side is the “touristy” hotel area, with attractions like the Casino Gardens, Quinta das Cruzes Museum and bustling Carriera Street. Between the two you’ll find the city center, which brims with museums such as the Madeira Wine Institute.

Your booking offer is strictly limited. As an operator, we sell the services of cruises, hotels, restaurants, airlines, attractions, etc. The operator is not responsible for any intentional or unintentional actions or omissions by suppliers. Your TRAVEL CLUB reserves the right to substitute any services of similar or equal quality. Your TRAVEL CLUB cannot be responsible for circumstances, causes, effects, weather, strikes, bankruptcy, etc., of suppliers. Your TRAVEL CLUB cannot guarantee airlines, flight times, seat assignments, hotels, restaurants, shows, motorcoach vendors, or any other suppliers and changes may occur with regard to those suppliers and the services booked. Changes to the suppliers and/or the services booked have in no way any effect on your ability to cancel or waive the cancellation penalties that will be imposed as a result of your cancellation. If airfare is provided by the TRAVEL CLUB depending on the home air gateway, a forced overnight stay in the originating city may be necessary at the traveler’s expense. TRAVEL CLUB will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure. TRAVEL CLUB will not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if there is negligence or TRAVEL CLUB or an authorized TRAVEL CLUB representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or both. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you to the extent that applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. TRAVEL CLUB total liability to you for all losses, damages, and causes of action (in contract, tort including without limitation, negligence), or otherwise will not be greater than the amount you paid to access this site.
Termination
TRAVEL CLUB or you may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate this agreement by destroying: (a) all materials obtained from all TRAVEL CLUB sites, and (b) all related documentation and all copies and installations (together, the “Materials”). TRAVEL CLUB may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. Except as otherwise described, all materials on this site are made available only for informational purposes. TRAVEL CLUB makes no representation that these materials are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you use this site from other locations you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Possible evidence of use of this site for illegal purposes will be provided to law enforcement authorities.
Digital Signature Provisions
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right, power and authority to agree to the terms of this Agreement on behalf of yourself and the member, buyer or supplier participating in the Site. You further agree that your use constitutes an electronic signature as defined by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-Sign”) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (“UETA”) and that you have formed, executed, entered into, accepted the terms of and otherwise authenticated this Agreement and acknowledged and agreed that this Agreement is an electronic record for purposes of E-Sign, UETA and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act and as such is completely valid, has legal effect, is enforceable, and is binding on, and non-refutable by you and the member, buyer or supplier on whose behalf you are acting.

This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of this site. TRAVEL CLUB can revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. TRAVEL CLUB products and services are available in many parts of the world. However, this TRAVEL CLUB website may describe products and services that are not available worldwide.
