The Travel Club is supporting the Florida AIDS Walk charity through March 31, 2026. All of your participation payments are donated from the Travel Club on your behalf to support HIV prevention and education programs for seniors and food scarcity programs and food banks through this important NONPROFIT 501(c)3 organization. Your charge for deposits will reflect Florida AIDS Walk and are tax deductible as allowed by law. And we thank you for your “TRAVEL FOR GOOD” to help with community support. Every Quarter of 2026 we are dedicated to a new featured charity.
Most of our Travel Club members wish to handle their own air reservations. This is because airlines have so many various offers on choice of flights, seat assignment at time of booking, baggage inclusions, boarding order, layover and connection times and issues related to change fees. Also, if you have any emergency issues before or during your travel our members should be in control of their own tickets and emergency needs. As a result it is counterproductive to have a third party involved in your air ticket. The Travel Club recommends you do not purchase your airline ticket earlier than 90 days prior to departure and that you can use a tracking tool (like google or kayak to follow air flight costs and the absolute best choices for your air.)

~ Reservations can only be accepted with the completed and enclosed online reservation form. All reservations are on request at the time of your online reservation, and reservations are strictly first-come, first confirmed for this special group.
~ Only credit card payments are accepted for the $99 deposit program. All payments must use the same credit card until full payment is received

~ DEPOSIT: a $299 deposit is due upon booking.
~ INTEREST FREE PAYMENT: a $99 interest free deposit is made every month (with the same credit card) until final payment.
~ TRAVEL CLUB MEMBERSHIP: If you are not a member of The Travel Club at time of reservation your annual membership fee of just $24 will be added at the time of booking and is a separate charge you will see on your credit card statement. The Travel Club is a private membership club and is an annual fee from January 1 to December 31. You can make Travel Club reservations for any future trip as long as your membership is active on the day of your trip reservation.
~ FINAL PAYMENT: is due 120 days prior to departure.
~ Cruise Lines charge onboard gratuities that will be paid aboard the ship unless outlined otherwise.
~ Gratuities for the Travel Club escort and driver are additional.
CANCELLATION INFORMATION:
~ CANCELLATION PENALTIES: After final payment, the following cancellation penalties will apply:
120 to 91 Days Prior – 50% cancellation penalty* of total trip amount
90 to 61 Days Prior – 75% cancellation penalty* of total trip amount
60 to trip departure – 100% cancellation penalty* of total trip amount
~ *Deposits are non refundable and the cancellation penalty is based on all total deposits made before cancellation or after final payment cancellation clause percentages (and whichever amount is greater)
HOW TRAVEL PROTECTION WORKS
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended and covers medical, cancel for any reason and other policy options available. Insurance covers medical issues, many emergency issues and other related issues both before and during the trip. Your USA Health insurance does not cover you abroad nor do your credit card travel insurance perks provide this protection. When you travel abroad, it is critically important to have peace of mind leading up to your trip and while you are traveling. Travel insurance provides that peace of mind. Consult insurance information for complete details and insurance should be purchased at the time of booking to waive pre-existing condition clauses.
~ Travel INSURANCE plan is included on your invoice at additional cost and you must advise us you do not want travel INSURANCE. Remember, INSURANCE is required at the time of booking to WAIVE ANY PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITION(S) and will provide protection against cancellation penalties, medical expenses and other travel issues while traveling and more. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND travel insurance to protect your travel investment. You can even add CANCEL FOR ANY REASON insurance.
~ Your INSURANCE POLICY becomes active with your payment directly to the insurance company. You will see a charge for the insurance and receive the insurance policy by email. If you do not pay the policy or receive confirmation of your payment from the insurance provider directly you are not insured and should contact The Travel Club immediately. You can select your own insurance provider and also provide your own insurance protection.
~ For international trips outside the U.S., guests may purchase Travel Insurance in order to be eligible for any covered refunds or claims.
~ Without Travel Insurance, all cancellations are considered final and non-refundable.
~ Trip Cancellation Insurance protects all travel investments with cancellation for covered reasons. You can also purchase cancellation for any reason.

TRIP TERMS AND PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Your booking offer is strictly limited. As an operator, we sell the services of cruises, hotels, restaurants, airlines, attractions, etc. The operator is not responsible for any intentional or unintentional actions or omissions by suppliers. Your TRAVEL CLUB reserves the right to substitute any services of similar or equal quality. Your TRAVEL CLUB cannot be responsible for circumstances, causes, effects, weather, strikes, bankruptcy, etc., of suppliers. Your TRAVEL CLUB cannot guarantee airlines, flight times, seat assignments, hotels, restaurants, shows, motorcoach vendors, or any other suppliers and changes may occur with regard to those suppliers and the services booked. Changes to the suppliers and/or the services booked have in no way any effect on your ability to cancel or waive the cancellation penalties that will be imposed as a result of your cancellation. If airfare is provided by the TRAVEL CLUB depending on the home air gateway, a forced overnight stay in the originating city may be necessary at the traveler’s expense. Entrance & departure taxes assessed by any city, state, or country cannot be prepaid and will be each person’s responsibility at the time of departure.
Special Needs: Guests with special needs including wheelchairs should be self-sufficient or accompanied by a companion to provide any required assistance. Some ports of call and shore excursions may limit special needs passengers from leaving the vessel. Passengers must bring a wheelchair for their own use and must notify the TRAVEL CLUB before final payment.
Acceptance: Acceptance of cruise or tour participation means that the passenger agrees with all of the terms and conditions and that each participant agrees that your TRAVEL CLUB shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or expenses occasioned by any suppliers. It is also agreed by and between the passenger(s) and your TRAVEL CLUB that all disputes and matters whatever arising under, in connection with, or incidental to this agreement shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in the city of Ft Lauderdale, County of Broward, State of Florida, the U.S.A. to exclusion of the courts of any other city, state or country.
Travel Protection: To help protect your trip and your investment, the purchase of travel protection is highly encouraged. To be eligible for the Pre-Existing Condition Waiver, you must purchase a plan within the time-sensitive period detailed in the plan document. Please ask your travel consultant for qualification details.

TRAVEL CLUB will not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if there is negligence or TRAVEL CLUB or an authorized TRAVEL CLUB representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or both. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you to the extent that applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. TRAVEL CLUB total liability to you for all losses, damages, and causes of action (in contract, tort including without limitation, negligence), or otherwise will not be greater than the amount you paid to access this site.
Termination
TRAVEL CLUB or you may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate this agreement by destroying: (a) all materials obtained from all TRAVEL CLUB sites, and (b) all related documentation and all copies and installations (together, the “Materials”). TRAVEL CLUB may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. Except as otherwise described, all materials on this site are made available only for informational purposes. TRAVEL CLUB makes no representation that these materials are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you use this site from other locations you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Possible evidence of use of this site for illegal purposes will be provided to law enforcement authorities.
Digital Signature Provisions
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right, power and authority to agree to the terms of this Agreement on behalf of yourself and the member, buyer or supplier participating in the Site. You further agree that your use constitutes an electronic signature as defined by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-Sign”) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (“UETA”) and that you have formed, executed, entered into, accepted the terms of and otherwise authenticated this Agreement and acknowledged and agreed that this Agreement is an electronic record for purposes of E-Sign, UETA and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act and as such is completely valid, has legal effect, is enforceable, and is binding on, and non-refutable by you and the member, buyer or supplier on whose behalf you are acting.
Miscellaneous
This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of this site. TRAVEL CLUB can revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. TRAVEL CLUB products and services are available in many parts of the world. However, this TRAVEL CLUB website may describe products and services that are not available worldwide.
Prices are per person based on double occupancy. Prices are based on availability and subject to change without notice.
